Marju’s success in Quest for hat trick

Posted on 24th September 2014

We were thrilled with Marju’s Quest’s third win on the bounce last Friday 19th September, when landing the Westlands The Favourite For Your Business Handicap Hurdle at Worcester Racecourse.

He’s a plucky little fellow who despite carrying the burden of a 7lb penalty gained for a recent win at Fontwell, battled on well up the straight to get his head in front under the driving force that is A P McCoy.

The Champion jockey was enjoying his third leg of a four timer at the twilight meeting aboard Marju’s Quest, in which the David Dennis Racing team were honoured to have played their part.

Marju’s Quest who is owned by Favourites Racing, has come out of the race very well and we will be looking for a race for him within a few weeks after giving him time to fully bounce back from a series of quick fire runs.

Meanwhile we have runners on the flat this week with My Mo travelling to Kempton on Wednesday evening and Dylan’s Storm making the trip to the same track just 24 hours later on Thursday.

Entries for the weekend include Roman Flight in a listed hurdle race at Market Rasen, debutant King’s Song in a National Hunt flat race at the same venue and recent purchase Anginola on the All Weather at Wolverhampton.
